You pay for your takeaway in cash when it arrives at your door or select to pay by paypal our secure online payment process. If you let us know when you place you order, we will have the appropriate change available.
2. How do I know the Takeaway has received the order?
Once you have placed your order on massala it is instantly sent to the takeaway team by email.
3. How do know that the order has definitely been placed.
Once you have placed your order a notification will be displayed on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email.
4. I have forgotten my Password. What do I do?
You can access the password reminder service by using the Forgot Your Password link on the homepage.
5. I wish to change/cancel my order.
Once your order has been placed, you will need to contact Massalla by phone if you want to cancel/change your order. The takeaway contact details are in the contact us section on the website.
6. I want to change my password.
You can change your password by logging into your account and entering your old password and your new password on the My Account page.
7. Change of address
You can change your address by logging into your account and submitting your new address on the My Account page.

9. I have placed my order when I am expecting delivery
